Grand Opening of Nina Fine Art the first gallery located at Arts and Entertainment District. The “International Art Exhibition” opening reception was held on Monday, November 28th 2011 at 6PM, with the assistance of Miami Mayor Tomas Regalado who performed the opening ribbon ceremony.

The brand new 8,000 sq ft waterfront gallery is located at 1800 North Bayshore Drive, in a high-rise building adorned with fountains and with breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach and the Port of Miami, at the heart of the Miami Arts & Entertainment District.

For the Opening, Nina Torres presented a roster of international progressive contemporary artists which have been especially invited to participate for the show entitled “International Art Exhibition.”

“I am thrilled to inaugurate this new space, with the presence of City of Miami Mayor Tomas Regalado, in the best up & coming neighborhood, which is developing and transforming the multicultural aspect of our city,” said Nina Torres, Chief Curator and Director of her eponymous gallery.

The inaugural two-month exhibition (November 28 – January 28, 2012) will have a selection of mixed media paintings, video, sculptures, performances and installations to be accompanied by a pleasing catalog.
