Daphne: The Subtle Power of a Woman’s Eye

Daphne Dougall Hogg de Zileri  (1936-2011) is a Peruvian artist with a Greek name born in El Tigre, South American to the skirl of Scottish blood. Her photographs capture the quiet magic and the sparkle in the everyday of Peru of everywhere. Here is the poetry of the fleeting, shuttered moment that reaches out to tell us what we are.
